Shipping Information:

Orders leave our warehouse within 2 - 3 business days. Engraved and personalized orders leave our warehouse within 7 - 10 days. Shipping is UPS Ground or USPS First Class and Priority Mail services unless 2nd day air shipping is selected. Please allow 7 - 10 days for UPS Ground and USPS First Class Mail delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Sorry, we no longer ship internationally except for Canada due to the long customs clearances times in both the US & other countries.

For orders to be shipped to Canada, customers must call our Customer Service department at 866-586-8925. A documentation fee may apply to each purchase. Orders that require oversize packages or exceed 8 lbs maybe subject to additional freight surcharges. Any applicable surcharges, Canadian taxes, VAT fees or import duty on imported goods must be paid by the customer.

Our suppliers, distribution centers or drop shippers may use UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL or the U.S. Postal Service even though Ground is selected for delivery.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is released to UPS.

RETURNS

We provide a 100% satisfaction guaranteed for orders returned within 15 days. You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging.

All Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see below) posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. NO EXCEPTIONS! Packages received without an RA will be refused.

For your protection, we recommend our customers use a shipping company that provides tracking information such as USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or Federal Express. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Department.

Personalized and engraved items may not be returned.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with this product. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a refund or exchange, less shipping and handling.

In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we happily pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for mistakes that aren't theirs. When the return is not a result of an error on our part, the customer must pay all costs involved in returning the merchandise to us.

ORDER PROCESSING

Occasionally, our system will calculate the total price of an order incorrectly. If this happens, we reserve the right to correct the price to the published website price for that item.
